How does it work?

Come to your class, drop ins are welcome, no reservation is needed! Or you can purchase a 5, 10 or Monthly class pass.
Payment is cash only directly with the teacher (we don’t receive cards).

Ginger Hooven

Founded YogAntigua in 2000 and has been teaching (and learning) ever since. She’s a certified Yoga Therapist and an Ayurvedic Practitioner who loves sharing the joys of yoga.

Mariale Moraga

With over a decade of practice and several years of teaching experience, Mariale specializes in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, meditation and slow movement practices. Her classes foster a loving and supportive environment, encouraging students to connect with their breath, explore their bodies, and listen to their inner guidance.

Giulia

Giulia Maero

Has been a yoga teacher since 2014 and has specialized in Restorative and Prenatal yoga. Her classes, through the practice of asana -postures, pranayama - breathing techniques – and meditation, dwell on the search for a balance between grounding and lightness, strength and ease, stability and relaxation and invite you to an inner journey of self-awareness.

He is a practitioner and teacher of yoga and meditation. His classes cultivate self-love and compassion, in them you will have the opportunity to work and learn about your Chakras and the philosophy of Yoga.
